Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They process your payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage secure transactions. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and privacy policy.

3. Licensing & Usage

  • Software License: The core WordPress plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later. The PRO features, premium templates, and proprietary API integrations are restricted under a commercial license.
  • Activation: A valid license key is required to activate PRO features, receive automatic updates, and access premium support.
  • Domain Limits: Your license key may only be used on the number of domains specified in your purchased plan.

4. Support & Updates

We stand behind our product. Active license holders receive:

  • Updates: Automatic security patches, bug fixes, and feature updates for the duration of the active subscription.
  • Support: Access to our technical help desk via email. Support covers installation issues, bug reports, and guidance on built-in features.
  • Exclusions: We do not provide support for third-party plugin conflicts, server environment issues, or extensive custom CSS/PHP modifications.

5. Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)

We want you to be fully satisfied. If Stolik Menu PRO doesn’t meet your expectations or doesn’t work optimally on your setup, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact our support team within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund. Note: Renewals are generally non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Brightforce/Esencja be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the plugin itself.
