STOLIK MENU PRO – TERMS OF SERVICE & LICENSING AGREEMENT
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before purchasing, installing, or utilizing the Stolik Menu PRO WordPress plugin (“Software”), operated by Brightforce (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By opting to install, purchase, or access the Software, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Subscription Plans, Licensing, and Pricing Tiers
The Software is provided strictly on a subscription-based model, available via recurring Monthly or Annual billing cycles. Licensing constraints are strictly enforced based on the chosen tier. The current pricing structures are defined as follows:
Single PRO Plan
Licensing Scope: Valid for utilization on one (1) active WordPress installation (Single Site).
Billing Options: $9.99 billed monthly OR $99.00 billed annually.
Business Plan
Licensing Scope: Valid for utilization on up to five (5) active WordPress installations (Multi-Site).
Billing Options: $24.99 billed monthly OR $249.00 billed annually.
Agency / Developer Plan
Licensing Scope: Valid for utilization on up to twenty-five (25) active WordPress installations (Developer/Agency Allocation).
Billing Options: $49.99 billed monthly OR $499.00 billed annually.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly canceled by the User via the billing dashboard prior to the renewal date.
2. Stripe Connect Integration and Application Platform Fees
By utilizing the automated online checkout functionalities embedded within the Software, the User explicitly acknowledges and consents to the routing of financial transactions via the Stripe Connect ecosystem.
- Platform Fee Deduction: The Company charges a fixed infrastructure application fee of 1.5% (one and a half percent) on the gross value of every successful transaction processed through the Software.
- Automatic Settlement: This 1.5% application fee is programmatically deducted in real-time by the Stripe Connect routing protocol prior to the distribution and settlement of the remaining transaction balance into the User’s connected Stripe Merchant Account.
- Independent Gateway Costs: The User remains exclusively responsible for any independent, underlying processing, transactional, or card-interchange fees levied by Stripe according to their regional payment gateway terms.
3. Stolik AI Culinary Translations Engine & Token Add-ons
The Software includes contextual AI translation features governed by volumetric word-count allocations (“Tokens”).
- Included Quotas: Each subscription plan includes a baseline monthly translation allocation. Unused monthly word quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing periods.
- AI Translation Top-Up Package: Upon exhaustion of the baseline plan allotment, the User may purchase an on-demand supplementary token package.
- Top-Up Pricing: The standardized top-up allocation is priced at $9.99 per 50,000 translation words.
- Exhaustion Protocol: If the User’s active word count reaches zero and no top-up package is acquired, automated AI localization processes will be programmatically paused until the next billing cycle refresh or until a top-up package is successfully authorized.
4. Account Cancellation, Termination, and Refund Policies
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the license remains valid until the conclusion of the currently paid billing period.
- Software Behavior Upon Expiration: Upon non-renewal or cancellation termination of the subscription, the PRO plugin features (including online payments, advanced styling, and AI translations) will be locked or deactivated.
